Pathological Test For Rhizosphere Microbiota For The Die Back Disease In Dalbergia Sisso

ABSTRACT Soil born pathogen causes several diseases that affect the root system of different plants leading to their death. Rhizospheric microbiota contributes the pathogenesis and prevalence of the die back disease at a significant increase of certain pathological fungi. Die back disease of Shisham plant almost eradicated this economically important timber plant present at the road sides and river banks. The present study reveals that the causative agent in North Bihar region is Fusarium oxysporum.
