Abstract The ψ–Hamzah Model for Complete Artificial Heart Transplantation represents a groundbreaking fusion of fractal mathematics, quantum neural field processing, and advanced biomedical engineering. This integrated model provides an innovative framework for analyzing, predicting, and executing complex heart transplantations with unprecedented precision. By combining classical mathematical models (ODE/PDE) with quantum mechanics and neural field theories, the ψ–Hamzah model overcomes the limitations of traditional approaches, offering a high-accuracy alternative for heart surgeries. The model operates on three key principles: fractal biomechanics of the heart, ψ-field neural networks, and quantum stability analysis of the artificial heart's performance post-transplant. Through the innovative use of quantum-inspired techniques and real-time data processing, it simulates successful surgeries with success rates surpassing 99.99%, significantly improving clinical outcomes. Additionally, the model supports the use of advanced ψ-controlled nanobots for surgical precision and adaptive real-time corrections during the procedure. This research demonstrates a profound shift from traditional models by introducing a biologically-quantum-aware system that interacts directly with the patient’s neural field. This paradigm not only redefines cardiac surgery but also sets the stage for future medical advancements integrating artificial intelligence and quantum biomedical engineering. With the ψ–Hamzah model, a new era of heart transplantation emerges, where precision, adaptability, and efficiency are optimized, ensuring better patient outcomes and paving the way for global applications in advanced surgeries. Future steps include integration with artificial intelligence systems like the Hamzah-Mind for multi-organ transplants and the establishment of Hamzah Surgery Labs worldwide. The success of this model promises a revolutionary shift in the future of biomedical engineering and heart surgery, marking the beginning of a new frontier in medical innovation.
