SURGICAL REHABILITATION IN ILEOSTOMAS AND THE PROBLEM OF SEW FAILURE (LITERATURE REVIEW)
The authors report that to date, there is a trend towards an increase in the number of emergency and planned surgical interventions requiring right-sided hemicolonctomy with the formation of an ITA. The high risk of NA forces surgeons to perform a stoma. At the same time, urgent intestinal diseases, when the need to form an ileostomy arises, constitute 6-21% of cases. The authors conclude that disagreements persist in determining the timing of RTA, there are no specific recommendations and therapeutic-diagnostic algorithm of actions, and a perfect method of ITA modeling the valve function of the Baugin valve. In this regard, improving the quality of life of this contingent of patients has important scientific, practical, and social significance, which necessitates further research.
