Data from: Patient-Specific Digital Twins for Noninvasively Measuring Predictive Markers of Right Heart Failure
This repository contains the data needed to simulate a level 1 geometry from the paper, Patient-Specific Digital Twins for Noninvasively Measuring Predictive Markers of Right Heart Failure. The patient geometry is in the file named “patient_geometry.stl”. The patient’s hematocrit, right heart catheterization recorded pressure, and implantable hemodynamic monitor (IHM) pressure reading are in the file “patient_parameters.pdf”. Simulation data for timestep 200,000 can be found in the file “CFD_simulation_data.csv.” An input file for our fluid solver, HARVEY, is labeled as “input.i.”
