Approaches to making sustainable logistics systems in global organizations

The article examines the problems of using various approaches to making sustainable logistics systems using the example of global business entities. In conditions of market turbulence and increasing uncertainty of the external environment, the ability to withstand structural shocks and successfully adapt is of great importance. The relevance of the topic is due to the need to rethink traditional views on the organization of processes in global companies. The scientific literature records significant contradictions between theoretical models and practical mechanisms of their implementation. There is no common position regarding the prioritization of sustainability factors. The purpose of the study is to systematize the theoretical and methodological foundations and approaches used to build logistics systems with high stability, taking into account modern technological potential, as well as requirements for the flexibility of operational processes. As a result, the necessity of integrating the principles of structural transformation, technological convergence, and territorial diversification is substantiated. The key role of the anthropocentric development paradigm, as well as the concept of integrated risk management in logistics proсesses is revealed. An integrated approach to inventory management based on the principle of dynamic equilibrium is described. The theoretical part is supported by a review of the experience of global entities: Amazon, Maersk, Unilever, DHL. The materials of the article are of value to the heads of logistics departments of companies, specialists in the field of supply chain management.
