Imperative Methodologies of Query Optimization in Large Language Models
The improved and spontaneous development of large language models (LLMs) has transformed various applications, from natural language processing models to complex problem- solving applications. To enhance the applications SQL based query prompts are being given to the system, hence the most optimized queries may ameliorate the performance. Query optimization will enhance the prompt inputs and will pick up the full potential of these models to an extent. But some situations some of the basic constrains pull back the result and the resulted speed remains a critical challenge. This paper explores innovative concepts in query optimization for LLMs, focusing on strategies to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and relevance of model responses. Novel and advanced approaches including adaptive query refinement, contextual embedding, hybrid retrieval-augmented related generation techniques, and interactive optimization mechanisms are well discussed in this paper. Through a comprehensive review of recent developments and empirical evaluations, I foresee a possibility for integrating and infringing these predominant techniques and methodologies into my research. I hope this will throw lights to such future studies.
