Structural and functional analysis of plant Oil-body Lipase EgLIP1 from Elaeis guineensis

This repository contains the AlphaFold 2 predicted models for Elaeis guineensis Lipase 1 (EgLIP1) and N-terminus truncated EgLIP1. Molecular dynamics with and without ligand 1-palmitoyl-glycerol was performed, and the clustered trajectories deposited can be found in this repository. The Python and shell codes used in conformation clustering and hydrogen bond analysis can also be accessed.
