MOTIVATION AU TRAVAIL, ENGAGEMENT DES EQUIPES ET ROLE ESSENTIEL DU MANAGEMENT PAR QUALITE DANS LA REUSSITE DE LA GESTION DES DECHETS BIOMEDICAUX DANS DES FORMATIONS SANITAIRES DE LA PROVINCE DE LOMAMI.
Context: Quality management in a community aims to improve the efficiency, access, and relevance of healthcare services, while ensuring a participatory and patient-centered approach. It also strengthens prevention, reduces inequalities, and ensures that public health actions are appropriate and measurable. In a constantly evolving economic context, a company's success depends largely on its human capital. HR management has become a strategic activity generating a crucial competitive advantage, with employees now considered valuable assets to be valued and retained for the qualitative achievement of objectives. Materials and Methods: Methods: We used analytical, systemic, investigative, dialectical, and structural-functional methods. Techniques: Documentary, observational, and interviewing. Results: Recruitment, training, career management, compensation, and performance appraisal are key HR practices used in a company. Employee motivation, engagement, and good compensation are strategic objectives for the company to boost competitiveness and performance, and they remain linked to strategic alignment, continuous improvement, customer satisfaction, profitability, operational efficiency, and employee engagement. Discussion: Our results confirm those of KICHOU, Djedjiga, who worked on The Impact of Resource Management Practices in Algerian Companies. Conclusion: In our study, the universalist approach is the best, suggesting that certain HR "best practices" have a significant positive effect on company performance, regardless of the specific context in which they are implemented. We conclude that practices such as motivation, training, and good compensation have an impact on a company's performance.
