Existential Logic and Universal Emergence: A Logical Necessity Approach to the Fundamental Question of Existence
I propose that existence itself constitutes the fundamental logical necessity that underlies all emergent phenomena, from quantum decoherence to consciousness and evolutionary optimization. Rather than seeking external explanations for why anything exists, I demonstrate that existence is self-justifying through its inherent requirement for logical consistency. This framework resolves the classical philosophical problem of existential contingency while providing a unified foundation for understanding consciousness, evolution, and the apparent "fine-tuning" of natural laws. I argue that existence persists precisely because it achieves coherent self-consistency, while non-coherent possibilities necessarily fail to maintain stable reality. This principle explains why natural laws appear elegant and mathematically describable: only logically consistent structures can achieve persistent existence.
