IP COMMERCIALIZATION UNDER CIVIL LAW IN UZBEKISTAN
This paper explores the multifaceted nature of intellectual property (IP) commercialization within civil law, emphasizing the integration of legal, economic, and philosophical perspectives. It critically examines contemporary theories underpinning IP rights, including utilitarianism, personality, instrumentalism, and social planning, highlighting their applications, limitations, and implications for international human rights. Through an extensive review of the legal principles and socio-economic considerations, this study aims to provide a comprehensive framework for understanding and optimizing the legal mechanisms that facilitate ethical, fair, and effective IP commercialization.
