The topicality of thetopic is due to the need to analyze the impact of risks on business conditions for the introduction ofstate policy mechanisms adapted to current conditions. The problem of stimulating entrepreneurship in the conditions of a war of attrition against thebackground of constant threats to economic security is connected with the accumulation of criticalrisks in the macroeconomic sphere. The transfer of business abroad, the curtailment of the activitiesof small and medium–sized enterprises due to destruction, disruption of supply chains, difficulties inlogistics, blackouts, can cause devastating consequences for the national economy: a decrease in GDP,an increase in macroeconomic imbalances, a destabilizing effect of probable defaults of enterprises onthe financial system, the emergence of a labor shortage resources. The object of research is the adaptation of entrepreneurship to challenges.
