THE THEME OF HUNGARIAN REVOLUTION OF 1956 IN THE AZERBAIJANI LITERATURE (ON THE BASIS OF TEYMUR ATASHLI'S POEM "MY FELLOW-SOLDIER")
An important point that connected the famous poet of the Azerbaijani migrant literature, Teymur Atashli, to the Azerbaijani-Hungarian literary relations was his poetic response with his poem "My fellow-soldier". In this poem, he did not remain indifferent to the brutal suppression of the Hungarian uprising against the Soviet regime in the fall of 1956. Hence, the paper provides a brief introduction to the poet's life and analyzes his reflections, passionately praising the heroism and resilience demonstrated by the Hungarian people during the 1956 uprising.
