The Planet as Nested Resonant Shells: A Structural View of Earth in a Hydrogen–Helium Universe

This paper presents a structural reinterpretation of planetary formation, viewing Earth as a nested set of resonant shells embedded within a larger hydrogen–helium cosmic framework. Unlike rigid crystalline materials, gaseous spheres possess a gauge-like field capacity to absorb and encapsulate smaller bodies, forming stratified enclosures. We propose a vibrational density law (ν/V=k⋅ρ), which links the frequency of structural resonance to the mass density and volume of each shell. Through this lens, Earth is composed of nested shells—atmosphere, hydrosphere, lithosphere, and metallic core—each with distinct resonance properties. This nested shell model provides a unified geometrical perspective for understanding why only certain materials form gravitational enclosures, while others fracture or disperse. The hydrogen–helium universe is not merely a backdrop but a structural envelope in which dense planetary configurations resonate and stabilize.
