This study explores the concept of 'creator burnout' among YouTube content creators, examining its effects on their health, work quality, and career longevity. By utilizing surveys, interviews, and metrics for content analysis, the research assesses subjective factors like stress, emotional exhaustion, and perceived creative output quality, as well as objective measures such as video engagement, upload frequency, and audience interactions. By analyzing these various data sources, the study aims to identify trends and connections that shed light on the factors contributing to creator burnout. The results could help in developing strategies to promote the mental health and long-term success of content creators. This research not only enhances our scholarly comprehension of creator burnout but also offers valuable insights for creating a more sustainable creative environment that benefits individual creators, industry players, and online platforms
