LEGAL FOUNDATIONS OF THE NEW LABOR CODE AND ITS IMPORTANCE IN REGULATING LABOR RELATIONS

This article examines the content, key innovations, and practical significance of the New Labor Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan, adopted in December 2022. The study analyzes the legal foundations of modern labor forms introduced in the Code, mechanisms for protecting workers' rights, and institutions such as labor safety and remote work. The article highlights the Code’s role in aligning Uzbekistan’s labor legislation with international standards and addressing contemporary challenges in labor relations.
