POLYFUNCTIONAL HEMOSORBENT BASED ON FIBER ABOUT THE PROPERTIES OF NATURAL SILK "VOMVUKH MORI"

This article presents the results of medical and biological studies of fibrous polyfunctional hemosorbent obtained by high-temperature hydrolysis under high pressure and repeated hydrolysis under the influence of physical factors (ultrasonic dispersion and microwave irradiation) of pure fibron isolated from natural heifer. Medical and biological studies of polyfunctional hemosorbent based on natural heifer fibroin consist of experimental studies of adsorption and absorption indices in blood and blood serum in model animals. A comparative analysis of the sorption indices of polyfunctional hemosorbent obtained on the basis of natural silk fibroin with hemosorbents widely used in medical practice was carried out.
