Integrative strategies in healthcare marketing and management
The digital transformation of healthcare necessitates integrative strategies that align marketing, management, and technology to address systemic challenges such as data fragmentation, regulatory complexity, and health inequities. This article proposes a framework for adaptive value creation, emphasizing interoperability, patient-centricity, and ethical artificial intelligence (AI). Drawing on peer-reviewed research, industry reports, and policy documents, we analyze how healthcare organizations can leverage digital tools to enhance care delivery, stakeholder trust, and operational efficiency. Four pillars—data-driven decision-making, patient-centric engagement, interoperable infrastructure, and regulatory agility—form the foundation of this framework. The conclusion highlights the critical role of collaborative governance and equity-focused innovation in sustaining value creation.
