The presentation was part of ISACA, Ibadan Chapter, professional development initiative which takes place on quaterly basis.The presentation is an overview of the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 compliance and how professionals can leverage on the opportunities provided by the act. The tenent of the acts as well as what could be done to ensure compliance by organizations as well as data subjects were discussed in the presentation. The author discussed how professionals couldgain diredctly from the act and ended with a maturity model for NDP Act 2023 complaince.
