Abstract: Deliverable 4.2 provides an analysis of blockchain-based business models and use cases in the agri-food sector. By applying the Business Model Canvas (BMC) and an established taxonomy, the report identifies key patterns, actors, and technologies shaping blockchain adoption. It highlights how blockchain, often combined with IoT and AI, contributes to transparency, traceability, and operational efficiency across various agri-food value chains, both within and beyond the EU.
