The research adopts a qualitative case study approach to analyze the four-day offline training program, which has successfully attracted participants from various regions in Indonesia. Through observation and documentation, this study reveals that the training process not only provides participants with practical knowledge and technical skills in video production but also fosters a mindset of digital empowerment, emphasizing consistency, creativity, and sustainable monetization strategies. The results show that Imam Januar's approach, combining theoretical insights, production practices, and community-based learning as built a digital ecosystem that empowers rural youth to become successful YouTube content creators. The findings suggest that the Kampung YouTuber model offers a replicable and scalable framework for digital literacy and economic empowerment in rural communities.
