An Exploratory Study On Indian Customer's Satisfaction With Cashless Transactions Through Digital Payments

Abstract: This paper explores customer satisfaction towards digital payments and understand dependability in cashless transactions. The main purpose of this study is to find out the customer satisfaction towards cashless transactions with the help of digital payments. Today technology playing vital role in all segments and even no exception in the banking and trade sectors. Digital payments means, the transfer of value of money from one payment account to another payment account using electronic devices like mobile phones, POS (Point of Sales), internet banking etc. Revolution in the smartphones commanded to rapidly increase in the usage of digital payments, now small street vendors to big organisations are accepted the cashless transactions system.
