Consolidatory Leadership and Service Delivery
In public and service-based companies in particular, effective leadership is essential to guaranteeing good service delivery. The effectiveness, responsiveness, and satisfaction of services offered to the general public are all impacted by inclusive, cooperative, and stability-driven leadership styles. This study explores the impact of consolidatory leadership on service delivery. Consolidatory leadership places more emphasis on unity, trust-building, shared decision-making, and long-term stability than traditional leadership methods, which frequently concentrate on top-down commands. This study examines whether consolidatory leadership substantially improves service results in Nigerian public sector organizations. The study uses a mixed-method approach, collecting data from recipients and public sector workers through surveys and interviews. Results should demonstrate that better service delivery measures including punctuality, accountability, and user satisfaction are positively correlated with consolidatory leadership. By providing policy recommendations for promoting coherent and people-centered leadership practices, the research advances public administration and leadership theory.
