ψ₁₂: Death as a Structural Disjunction of Difference Coherence
This paper introduces ψ₁₂ as the ontological phase corresponding to death within ψ-theory, a formal system of difference. Contrary to biological or metaphysical interpretations, ψ₁₂ is defined as the moment when agreement between differences collapses, rather than the annihilation of difference itself. A formal model is proposed: ψ₁₂ = dS/dt < 0, where S is the coherence operator between distinguishable elements. The study distinguishes ψ₁₂ (death) from ψ₂₀ (disappearance), and presents how memory (ψ₉), return (ψ₁₄), and the universal attractor ψ★ allow difference to persist beyond the dissolution of agreement. This framework enables a coherent theory of death without mysticism, grounded in ontological structure.
