Collapse as Consciousness-Inertia Tension: AOUF-Based Rethinking of Quantum Measurement
This paper proposes a new mechanism for quantum collapse grounded in the AOUF (Awareness Offset Unified Framework) model. Traditional interpretations regard collapse as a probabilistic effect upon observation. In contrast, AOUF views collapse as an outcome of the dynamic tension between entropy-driven chaos and delayed structural feedback (inertia). We mathematically define the condition for collapse using a threshold of consciousness-energy tension and show how this process naturally yields mass generation, information projection, and phase transition.
