MODERN METHODS OF PRODUCTION ORGANIZATION
In the context of dynamic economic development and increasing global competition, the organization of production plays a pivotal role in enhancing enterprise efficiency and sustainability. This article explores modern methods of production organization, such as Just-in-Time systems and virtual remote access technologies, alongside traditional models like single, batch, and in-line production. Through the classification and comparative analysis of these approaches, the study highlights the importance of rational alignment between labor, equipment, and technological processes in both time and space. The paper also discusses the prerequisites and challenges associated with implementing modern production methods, including the need for digital infrastructure and increased investment in upgrading production lines. The findings emphasize that optimal productivity and economic efficiency are achieved through a balanced integration of advanced technologies with rational organizational methods.
