Quantized Spiral Resonance in RNA Loop Geometry: Evidence from tRNA Structures in the I11 Number Space
Title: Spiral Resonance and Mirror Symmetry in RNA: A Quantized Model of Molecular Structure Description: This work presents a novel mathematical model for RNA structure prediction based on quantized spiral resonance within a discrete number space called I11. Unlike energy-based folding algorithms such as AlphaFold, this approach reveals a deterministic resonance pattern in which RNA sequences exhibit mirror symmetry along a quantized spiral axis, defined by the operator M(x) = 11 - x. Through analytical reconstruction of tRNA loops and riboswitch stems, the study demonstrates that biologically functional RNA structures minimize a formal spiral energy function and belong to a dense combinatorial subset of mirror-resonant sequences. Applications include the modeling of mutation resilience, riboswitch transitions, and RNA-protein interaction domains based on purely arithmetic constraints. This model provides a fundamentally new view on RNA folding, linking molecular geometry to number-theoretic symmetry, and opens new directions for synthetic RNA design and symbolic biomathematics.
