Prototype Theory of Clinical Self-Determination: First Official English Edition

This work presents the initial English-language publication of the Theory of Clinical Self-Determination © Vandoros 2025 . The theory introduces a new approach to nursing practice, emphasizing clinical autonomy, professional self-determination, and the empowerment of healthcare professionals. The concept challenges the traditional, hierarchical models of healthcare and proposes structural reforms to empower nurses and other healthcare professionals to act as independent decision-makers, strengthening their scientific and professional autonomy. This edition serves as a prototype, building upon previous works in Greek, and aims to contribute to both academic discourse and practical applications in healthcare systems worldwide.
