RESEARCH ON THE EFFECTIVENESS OF TECHNOLOGY FOR EXTRACTING JUICE FROM TABLE AND SUGAR BEET BY PRESSING WITH THE APPLICATION ELECTROPLASMOLYSIS AND MICROWAVE TREATMENT

The results of experimental studies of the influence of electroplasmolysis and microwave treatment on the process of extracting juice from table and sugar beets are presented. It has been established that pre-treatment of raw materials by electroplasmolysis and microwave treatment can significantly increase the yield of juice from sugar and table beets.
