An Adaptive Predictive Control Framework for Resilience Enhancement in Smart Grid Microgrids Facing Cyber-Physical Attacks
**Abstract:** This paper introduces an Adaptive Predictive Control (APC) framework designed to enhance resilience in smart grid microgrids subjected to cyber-physical attacks. Focusing on resilience as a dynamic, evolving property, the system utilizes a multi-layered evaluation pipeline and reinforcement learning to preemptively mitigate and recover from disturbances, optimizing for both operational efficiency and security robustness. The novel contribution lies in the integration of a HyperScore function, allowing for granular assessment of various attack vectors and a dynamically adjusted control strategy that prioritizes critical infrastructure components, paving the way for immediate commercial deployment in power grid management.
