Simulators in the training of aircraft maintenance personnel. Outline of the problem

Aircraft maintenance is a team process involving a group of qualified technicians specializing in various areas. Developing the competencies required both now and in the future is achieved through systematic staff training. Modern military aviation, with increasingly advanced equipment and complex weapon systems, requires the use of simulators as an integral element of computer systems supporting training. The aim of this article is to synthetically identify solutions, possibilities and correctness of using simulators in the training of aircraft maintenance personnel. Theoretical methods were used in the research process: analysis, synthesis, generalization, inference, analogy and comparison.Simulators are a valuable tool supporting the professional development of technical staff. They enable you to gain practical experience in realistic conditions, which translates into better preparation for performing real maintenance tasks.
