Paper 9 The Cosmic Microwave Background as Coherence Emission: A Holosphere-Based Model of Angular Re-Radiation

Wepresent a coherence-based reinterpretation of the Cosmic Microwave Background (CMB) anisotropy spectrum within the framework of Holosphere Theory. Instead of attributing the observed angular power spectrum to primordial plasma oscillations frozen at recombination, we model it as a present-time standing wave phenomenon on a rotating, finite Holosphere lattice. Each multipole mode ℓ corresponds to a quantized angular resonance constrained by lattice curvature and phase alignment. The dominant peak near ℓ ≈ 220 emerges from the angular coherence limit, parameterized by a damping constant ε ≈ 0.072, which naturally restricts the number of visible harmonic modes. Higher peaks arise from lattice-supported angular standing waves, while the Gaussian damping envelope [25] reflects curvature-induced phase decoherence. This model yields testable predictions and offers a falsifiable, geometric alternative to CDM cosmology
