MODELING OF A MICROFLUIDIC DEVICE FOR THE SYNTHESIS OF MICROPARTICLES

The article discusses the development of a microfluidic device. The microfluidic device is designed to form and sort nanoparticles. The COMSOL Multiphysics software package was used to calculate the device. The main geometric parameters of the device were modeled. The geometric characteristics of the microfluidic sorter were optimized. The optimal dimensions of the channels of the microfluidic device were found.
