CANDIDATE ASSESSMENT TOOL USING AI & ML FOR INDUSTRIES

ABSTRACTThese days, a vast amount of data is produced. The phrase "big data" refers to large, complex data setsthat are very varied, rapid, and high in volume. Big data encompasses a wide range of data types,including as transactional, social, and machine data. Social data is gathered from websites such asFacebook and Twitter, whereas machine data is derived from GPRS and RFID chip readings.Transaction-based data is information from retail websites. Text data, which is structured data, is asignificant component of big data. Text analytics is the process of extracting high-quality structureddata from unstructured text.CV parsing, which entails processing resumes or CVs, is one text analytics method. CV parsingmechanically evaluates incoming resumes and incorporates a candidate's resume into the hiringprocess. This study presents a CV parser model that extracts items required for hiring practices inbusinesses using text analytics. Key words: text analytics, big data, parser, and CV.
