A Study on Aspiration of Women Towards MBA
This research explores the aspirations of women toward pursuing an MBA degree, focusing on the motivational factors, perceived challenges, and strategies employed to overcome these barriers. With increasing participation of women in higher education, understanding their perspective toward business education becomes crucial. This study used a structured questionnaire distributed among aspiring and current women MBA students to gain insights into their motivations, societal influences, and future expectations. The results indicate that while career growth and leadership aspirations are key motivators, challenges such as financial constraints, societal expectations, and work-life balance continue to persist. The study concludes with strategies that can support women's aspirations toward business education.
