D10Z Nodal Core: Sovereign Coordination Architecture for Global Critical Systems
D10Z Nodal Core defines a sovereign coordination architecture for global critical systems. It replaces trust-by-institution with trust-by-verification through auditable states, bounded decision paths, and dependency elimination. The core contribution is a coherence-governed mesh that enforces: (1) verifiable state transitions, (2) cryptographic traceability of decisions and measurements, and (3) operational independence from external infrastructure assumptions. The system is designed for critical domains where latency, integrity, and governance must be provable under adversarial and degraded conditions. This record bundles the manual, audit-grade appendices, mathematical and operational core, exhibits, and supporting graphics to establish a complete prior-art surface and an implementation-oriented reference baseline. Primary scope: classical computing infrastructure, distributed coordination, and critical systems governance. Extensions are treated as bounded variants. Based on D10Z-TTA Terminal Completeness Theorem (DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.18549927) and the MIZAN Quantum-Resistant Validation System v2.1 package (DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.18559161).
