THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN INTELLECTUAL CAPITAL, INNOVATIVE WORK BEHAVIOUR, ORGANISATIONAL CULTURE AND KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT ON BUSINESS PERFORMANCE
Abstract In the era of competition in the competitive business industry, companies are required to always innovate to carry out their business activities. This study aims to examine how intellectual capital, innovative work behaviour, organizational culture and knowledge management affect business performance in the context of modern organisations. This research uses quantitative methods with surveys to collect data from employees and business owners. The study found that intellectual capital plays a key role in enhancing a company's competitiveness and innovation capabilities. Innovative work behaviour is proven to encourage the creation of creative solutions and improved operational efficiency. In addition, an organizational culture that supports collaboration and continuous learning contributes to a productive work environment. Knowledge management ensures effective management and utilisation of information for strategic decision-making. The findings suggest that the integration of these four factors significantly improves business performance, providing a solid foundation for companies to achieve competitive advantage and long-term growth.
