INNOVATIVE APPROACHES: ENHANCING THE COMMUNICATIVE POTENTIAL OF PHYSICAL EDUCATION TEACHERS BASED ON INTERNATIONAL EXPERIENCE

The article analyzes the problems of developing the professional competence of future physical education teachers with an emphasis on psychological aspects and innovative pedagogical approaches. The paper examines the theoretical foundations of the formation of professional competence, the role of psychological factors (empathy, motivation, self-regulation) and the impact of the introduction of modern educational technologies. Special attention is paid to the integration of international experience and domestic practices into the teacher training system, which makes it possible to form an integrated model for the development of professional skills. The results of the research can be used to improve the training and advanced training programs for physical education teachers.
