Connecting Quantum Field Theory (QFT) and General Relativity (GR)V1
This paper by Clyde Jermaine Wilcox challenges foundational assumptions in both quantum mechanics and general relativity by reframing collapse — whether at the subatomic or astrophysical scale — as a magnetic information failure, not a probabilistic or gravitational inevitability. It introduces Magnetic Information Density (MID) as the hidden coherence architecture underpinning physical structure across all scales. By extending the role of MID to quantum observation and stellar death, the work replaces the outdated “collapse” paradigm with a formatting threshold model governed by electromagnetic coherence. The paper also introduces the Wilcox Field Tensor (W_μν) as the governing formalism for encoding magnetic pressure, temporal stress, and coherence curvature. This enables a unified view of neutron stars, black holes, and quantum measurements as expressions of the same underlying information field dynamics. The familiar separation between QFT and GR dissolves under this MID framework, revealing a path toward coherence-based quantum gravity. Key predictions include the use of MID thresholds (B_crit) to forecast both observational decoherence and stellar collapse, and a rejection of spacetime singularities in favor of electromagnetic reformatting zones. This is a manifesto against collapse as myth — proposing instead that reality, when observed or compressed, remixes and redirects rather than dies. ---
