REFLEXÕES SOBRE A APROPRIAÇÃO DA DEFICIÊNCIA: OS DESAFIOS DO FENÔMENO DOS "TRANS DEFICIENTES"
This article deals with transdisability, a rare phenomenon that affects individuals who, despite being healthy, identify themselves as people with disabilities and, thus, get injured to the point of rendering the organ unusable, or seek doctors who perform amputations suffering from having to live with with the member they understand to be in excess. The relationship with transsexuality is covered, because in both cases there is an incongruity in relation to the body with which he was born and with which that person effectively identifies, and the suspension of anguish only occurs if there is a modification or amputation of the limb healthy. The psychological and legal consequences of such a disorder are also addressed, as well as the need to listen with empathy to understand before judging the suffering of that individual. The methodology used in this article was the research of bibliographic sources, including scientific articles and books.
