A Neutrosophic Mathematical Model for Measuring Technological Innovation Capability in New Energy Vehicle Companies
Measuring innovation capability in new energy vehicle (NEV) companies is difficult because the data is often uncertain, incomplete, or even conflicting. Traditional models cannot handle this complexity well. In this paper, we propose a new mathematical model based on neutrosophic logic. Neutrosophic sets allow us to represent three separate values: truth (T), indeterminacy (I), and falsity (F). This helps us deal with situations where we are not fully sure about the data. We create a full mathematical system to evaluate innovation indicators using neutrosophic logic. We include clear formulas, explain every step, and use a real-style dataset of six NEV companies. We calculate innovation capability scores and explain the results using simple logic and visual tools. Our model gives more accurate and more transparent results than traditional methods. It is useful for researchers, companies, investors, and decision-makers who want to measure innovation more reliably.
