METHOD OF CIRCULAR FEEDBACK FOR ASSESSING THE ORGANIZATION OF THE EDUCATIONAL PROCESS AND THE LEARNING PROCESS
This article examines a method of circular feedback, adapted to the specific goals of professional development for managerial personnel in the higher education system. The proposed method enables a comprehensive collection of feedback on both the quality of the educational process and the performance of instructors from multiple stakeholder groups. The main objective of the study is to evaluate learner (participant) satisfaction with the organization of the educational process, specifically identifying strengths and weaknesses in areas such as module content, teaching methodology, and overall management of the educational environment. The paper presents a step-by-step algorithm for implementing the modified circular feedback method, covering the preparation for conducting a survey, administration of the survey, analysis of the results, identification of “weak” areas, development of improvement measures, and a subsequent re-assessment. A distinctive feature of the proposed method is its iterative nature: after the initial survey and subsequent refinements, a similar study is conducted with another group of participants, thus allowing the tracking of changes over time and evaluation of the effectiveness of the measures taken. For quantitative analysis, a system of indicators and a formula for calculating the gap between the actual (average) assessment and the target (norm) are used, providing an objective measure of progress and supporting informed managerial decisions for further improvement of the educational process.
