Development of Natural Product by Different Hyphenated Techniques
ABSTRACT:Combining or combining two distinct analytical approaches with the aid of an appropriate interface is known as a hyphenatedmethodology. To identify the natural product, spectroscopic techniques are primarily paired with chromatographic techniques. The combination of separation-separation, separation-identification, and identification-identification approaches are included in the category of hyphenated techniques. Improved component analysis results from hyphenating these methods. Techniques with hyphenation demonstrate sensitivity and specificity. Natural product medication discovery has always required a lot of time and resources. When natural products are isolated using bioassay guidance, known chemicals with little to no chemical or pharmacological value are frequently the result. primarily the more recent hyphenated techniques (LC-UV/DAD, LC-MS, and LC-NMR) in addition to the classical/traditional stand-alone instrumental analytical methodologies. In comparison to previously known natural goods, discoveries are declining. Using a dataset, this study offers a quantitative analysis of the field from the standpoints of compound novelty and quantity. The natural product is examined together with its drawbacks and potential directions.
