D2.1 ADS Analytical Framework

The Analytical Framework (D2.1) lays the foundation for a comprehensive approach to structuring and analysing ADS-related actions, which will underpin the development of the ADS Actions Dataset (D2.2) and the generation of the ADS Actions Annual Reports (D2.3, D2.4, D2.5, and D2.6). This document begins by introducing the context and objectives of the framework, setting the stage for its role in evaluating and advancing the project’s outputs. The framework specifies the methodology for consolidating, analysing, and interpreting data from diverse ADS initiatives, ensuring consistency and reliability across all reporting. It identifies the key data sources, stakeholders, and indicators that will be used to measure the impact and progress of ADS activities. The framework also defines the parameters for the dataset and reports, ensuring that these outputs are structured to address the needs of policymakers, education providers, and other stakeholders. Further, the document outlines the processes for data collection, integration, and validation, detailing the tools and protocols to be employed. It provides clear guidelines for the creation of the ADS Actions Dataset, which will serve as a centralized resource for analysing trends, outcomes, and best practices across the ADS ecosystem. This document serves as a foundational guide for implementing the Analytical Framework and generating high-quality datasets and reports. It aims to ensure that the project’s outputs are robust, actionable, and aligned with its overarching goals of advancing digital skills and fostering collaboration across Europe.
