Sex-specific ultraviolet radiation tolerance across Drosophila

Provided films for ultra violet exposure assays. The provided R code facilitates the printing of figures, running statistics, and visualizing data. To execute the code, extract {UV_Assay_Stats_Data.zip}. Open the script "<UV_Assay_stats_github.R>" and specify the path on line 11 [path <- "<add_path>"], making sure to update the placeholder with the actual path. Or you can find code and data on GitHub - https://github.com/jemcquillan/UV_Assay_Sao_Tome. Ensure that you run the code with the data file "<UV_Zap_Data.txt>" located in the same directory. Additionally, an Excel file is included, containing trial film numbers to link data with specific trials. Approximately 32 hours of experimental films is included in this dataset. Included, too, is the our MaxEnt analysis with maps and our DAVID analysis.
