The Effect of School Administrators' Communication Skills on Educational Environments
This study was conducted to examine the role of school administrators' communication skills in educational environments. Communication, as a fundamental element of the educational process, strengthens the leadership skills of administrators and enables teachers, students and parents to participate more actively and positively in the educational environment. Administrators' open, empathetic and effective communication skills increase teachers' motivation, contribute to students' academic and social success, and strengthen collaboration with parents. This article discusses how administrators' communication skills positively affect school climate and their contribution to educational quality. The findings, supported by literature reviews and case studies, reveal that communication skills improve not only individual relationships but also institutional structure and functioning. It is emphasized that communication skills need to be developed to organize and develop educational environments more effectively. In this context, the study aims to contribute to both theory and practice by providing recommendations for school administrators.
