DIGITALISATION OF PHARMACY NETWORK MANAGEMENT

There are many pharmacy companies operating in the pharmacy network of Azerbaijan, each of which has its own local database of medicines. The use of an electronic prescription requires the integration of local databases as part of a single MIS. This will allow centralizing and standardizing information about registered medicinal products, quickly obtaining information about their availability or a substitute, pharmacy location, price, manufacturer, balance at a specific location, etc. The centralized pharmacy system will solve the problem of managing drug stocks with many influencing factors: seasonality (according to statistics), patient movement (seasonality, according to statistics), pandemic (a sharp jump in the purchase of individual drugs (MP), according to statistics, stock prediction), chronic patients (constant use of MP, statistics), timing of MP shortages (statistics, stock prediction - procurement timing).
