SECURE Deliverable 6.3: Risk Management Plan

The Risk Management system designs a framework in which risks are identified and classified, mitigationmeasures are put in place and the process is monitored in an iterative way. Partners’ input is key in all phases.Risk Management is a continuous process based on the following principles: it evolves alongside project activities; it entails active involvement of all partners (through the WP Leaders); it is based on statistical information and on information coming from experience. This approach is reflected in all activities described below.
