The Forrest Pincer Approach: A Metabolic-Based Strategy for Universal Cancer Treatment.
Abstract The Forrest Pincer Approach is a novel cancer treatment strategy that exploits the metabolic vulnerabilities of cancer cells, specifically their dependence on glucose and their altered waste production processes, known as the Warburg effect. This approach targets cancer through a three-phase process—Attack, Block, and Conquer (A.B.C.)—designed to overwhelm cancer cells by forcing them into metabolic overload, ultimately leading to their self-destruction. The approach is flexible, scalable, and adaptable for use in a wide range of environments, from high-tech hospitals to low-resource settings. This paper outlines the scientific foundation of the Forrest Pincer Approach, its practical applications, and its potential to provide an effective, globally adaptable solution to cancer treatment.
