By scanning QR codes, patrons access interactive, multilingual digital menus on their smartphones, enabling seamless browsing, contactless ordering, and secure payments. The system is highly scalable and seamlessly adaptable, integrating with point-of-sale systems and advanced analytics tools to deliver actionable, data-driven insights into customer preferences and dining trends. Security is ensured through advanced HTTPS deployment, combined with cutting-edge cryptographic algorithms and secure token-based authentication, guaranteeing airtight transaction protection and unwavering data confidentiality. Hosted on cloud servers, the platform supports real-time order tracking and efficient staff coordination, reducing wait times and operational costs. By minimizing paper usage, it promotes sustainability and hygiene, addressing modern dining needs. Evaluated in real-world restaurant environments, the system achieved 98% menu loading accuracy, 95% order processing within 30 seconds, and a 4.8/5 user satisfaction score. Despite challenges like internet dependency, future enhancements include offline functionality via Progressive Web Apps, positioning the system as an innovative, eco-friendly, and inclusive solution for the hospitality industry.
