Struktura ekologiczna i genetyczna izolowanych populacji obuwika pospolitego (Cypripedium calceolus L.) w zbiorowiskach leśnych Ojcowskiego Parku Narodowego (południowa Polska)
The article presents the ecological characteristics and genetic structure of two isolated populations of a rare and endangered lady’s slipper orchid (Cypripedium calceolus L.) in Ojców National Park (ONP) forest communities. The main goal of the present study was to identify the patterns of population structure, genetic diversity, and connectivity of these local populations of C. calceolus in ONP. Five nuclear microsatellites and a fragment of cpDNA sequence were applied in the genetic diversity and spatial genetic structure study. Chromosome numbers were determined on twenty selected metaphase plates
